I began my education at Front Range Community College in Westminster and graduated with an Associate of Arts. After that I knew I wanted to be a teacher so I got my bachelor's degree and my teaching license at Metro State College of Denver. I studied behavioral science with an emphasis in history. When I started teaching at Prairie Ridge I was excepted into Master's program at the University of Colorado in Boulder called Partners in Education where I received my degree in curriculum and instruction. 

Hobbies:  You can find my husband and I riding our motorcycle in the summer time or working on our yard. I also enjoy scrapbooking.

Favorite Children’s Book: My favorite children's book is Holes written by Louis Sachar.
