Bio
I grew up in Fort Collins, CO, I was born and mostly raised there. I did spend my kindergarten and first grade years on the Navajo Reservation in Shiprock, NM, from there we returned to Fort Collins. I actually returned to New Mexico for college, where I attended NMSU in Las Cruces for 5 years. I was hired to teach bilingual 1st grade in Denver as soon as I graduated from NMSU.  I taught for 12 years in the Denver area and then came to Prairie Ridge to be the Spanish Literacy interventionist in 2006. That jon has since transitioned into the English as A Second Language teacher, my current position at both Prairie Ridge and Centennial Elementary Schools.
