Welcome to Prairie Ridge Elementary! I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal in a school dedicated to growing learners and leaders. At Prairie Ridge, we cultivate an environment where every student is valued, supported, and equipped for success through a strong sense of community and a commitment to academic excellence.

Before stepping into school leadership in 2019, I spent over twelve years as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and an Ed.D. in Education Leadership from the University of Colorado, as well as an Ed.S. in Education Leadership Policy from the University of Northern Colorado. I am passionate about lifelong learning and helping both students and staff discover their full potential.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three sons. Our family is adventurous—we love athletics, traveling, camping, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors. Living in the Erie area, we are closely connected to St. Vrain Valley Schools, where my sons are students, with one having recently graduated. I am grateful for the wonderful learning opportunities they have and for being part of such a strong educational system as both a parent and educator.

It’s a joy to be part of the Prairie Ridge community, and I look forward to working alongside our dedicated students, families, and staff as we continue to grow and achieve success together.
