In accordance with recommendations from the Governor's Office and our county health agency partners, all in-person (in building) instruction in St. Vrain, will be canceled for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. The district will continue to implement its online learning in accordance with the district calendar.

Pick-up of Student Belongings & Library Book Returns
Dear Prairie Ridge Families,
As an entire staff, we are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication our students and parents have displayed as they engaged in our online learning environment. Your perseverance is a shining example of the strength of our community, and we are thankful for our partnership with each and every one of you.
As the end of the year approaches, we are working to prepare your students’ belongings for pick up June 8th and 9th. To accommodate every family and ensure a safe, efficient pick-up process, we will be clustering these pick-up times by grade level and class and will be using both the main drop off loop in front of the school as well as the bus loop on the side of the school.
Please refer to the schedule and map below for pick-up times, days, and loop for each grade level/ class. Staff will be practicing social distancing to keep everyone safe during this time as they say goodbye to students for the summer.
When arriving on your pick up day, please follow these guidelines:
1. We ask that parents arrive by car and that students and families remain in the car throughout the process.
2. We will be distributing belongings from both our main loop and our bus loop by Class & Grade Level (see map below):
Main Loop: 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades
Bus Loop: Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd Grades
3. Pull through the loop for your grade level to the student belonging return table.
Our staff will ask for your child’s name and your bagged belongings will be brought to you and placed in either your trunk or back seat, whichever you prefer.
If your child has any medication, please tell our staff and we will bring it to you.
If your child has an art project that needs to be picked up, staff will bring it to you.
Please bring any library books or classroom books that need to be returned with you. Staff will collect these.
If you would like to pick up any sibling belongings at the same time, please let staff know.
Please remain patient, we will do our best to keep the pick-up lines moving smoothly.
